Dennis Crum is the CEO of ICAP Energy LLC. He founded APB Energy Inc. in 1993 and grew it to over 150 employees with operations in the United States and Europe. Twice APB was in the Inc. 500, the list of fastest growing private companies in America published by Inc. magazine. APB was acquired by ICAP in 2002 and became ICAP Energy. ICAP Energy is consistently named a top energy brokerage house in Energy Risk magazine's annual rankings. Additionally, Dennis has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year regional winner. Prior to APB, Dennis began his career in energy with a natural gas marketing company, EnTrade Corporation. In his five year stint at EnTrade, he transformed himself from a computer programmer to the head of trading and risk management. He attended the Speed Scientific School of Engineering at the University of Louisville. |

| Ed Pierangelino |

Ed Pierangelino, along with overseeing ICAP Energy's North American power and natural gas operations, is significantly involved in ICAP Energy's corporate development. Prior to his current position as President with ICAP Energy, Ed's experience spanned several commodities, including natural gas, electricity and weather derivatives. Formerly a natural gas marketer for EnTrade Corporation, Ed was responsible for account development and large volume sales to utilities in the western half of the United States. Prior to that, Ed served five years in the U.S. Navy as a Ship-Board Navigator. His tour included two years overseas in Japan and service during the Persian Gulf War. |

| Todd Creek |

Todd Creek is Co-President of ICAP Corporates LLC, the regulated futures and listed options division of ICAP in North America. Todd is also Co-President of ICAP Energy LLC, the world’s largest over-the-counter voice/hybrid broker in energy and commodities.
Todd served as Chief Operating Officer of ICAP Energy and ICAP United Inc. from 2007 to 2011 were he applied his commercial, analytical, financial and business development skills to the continued growth and success of ICAP’s commodities division. Todd has led numerous multi-million dollar energy and commodity related acquisitions and has successfully established many organic initiatives within ICAP.
Todd served as Chief Financial Officer of APB Energy when the company was purchased by ICAP plc in 2002. The former APB Energy is the commodity focused arm of ICAP plc today. Todd was instrumental in growing APB from a staff of thirty with one domestic location to a staff of two hundred plus with three domestic and two international locations before being acquired by ICAP. Prior to APB, Todd originated and structured power transactions for National Power Energy, a large wholesale energy trading company subsequently purchased by Duke Energy. Todd worked for seven years with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, where he was a senior manager. Todd has a bachelors of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. Todd holds a series 3 certification in accordance with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) guidelines and is a National Futures Association (NFA) member. Todd serves as Chairman of the commodities committee for the Wholesale Markets Brokers’ Association America (WMBAA).
